Teresa Slack grew up in a small town in southern Ohio hills, much like the ones she writes about, where every picket fence hides a secret or scandal residents would prefer to keep hidden. An active imagination and even more active curiosity helped Teresa create her own story behind the stories whenever a new scandal was brewing if the truth was elusive or less than satisfying.
Teresa’s first novel, Streams of Mercy, Book 1 in the award-winning Jenna’s Creek series, received the Bay Area Independent Publishers Association award for Best First Fiction. Since then, Teresa’s books have received multiple awards and top reviews from reviewers and readers alike.
She still lives in a small town nestled in the rolling southern Ohio hills, where every day is a study in inspiration. She shares her home with her husband and rescue dog and rescue cats. The cats are arch enemies while the dog just tries to stay under everyone’s radar.
